Original case was Registered US 120 Acts/Codes involved B/409/420/468/471/477A in FIR No. 28/12, with PS EOW New Delhi, but investigating agency found nothing Criminal in the case and filed closure/cancellation report before the Court of Ld. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM),Saket Courts New Delhi; who accepted the same. Against acceptance of Closure Report by CMM the complainant has filed Cr. Revision Petition U/S 397 Cr.P.C read with section 401 Cr.P.C which is pending before Hon’ble Delhi High Court
is EOW under Saket address of Police Station | Courts New Delhi. However after investigation a closure concerned report was filed. Against Closure report, complainant filed case titled “State Vs. Closure Report”, under Cr. Revision Petition no 659/2015 in which I am also one of the Respondents (No. 9), pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
