Names, parties, seats, and contact details are copied from Digital Sansad. Rank and portfolio follow the Cabinet Secretariat list when we can join a name to a Sansad mpCode; we do not guess. House figures are sittings and questions as published; a missing attendance row is not 0/0. An empty MPLADS section means eSAKSHI has no row for that member as of the fetch date — not that the figure is zero. Affidavit fields appear only when the ECI PDF for this term parsed cleanly; a pending case is not a finding of guilt, and a PDF we cannot parse is linked rather than guessed.
Letter drafts on a person page are starting copy. TrackSansad does not send them, and an RTI must be filed with a Public Information Officer — not by emailing the member as if that were an RTI.
